Pacer ETFs exposure to Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank

Pacer ETFs exposure to Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank is minimal.

Pacer ETFs have an investment objective which is to track the respective underlying index as closely as possible before fees and expenses. To the extent that an ETFs underlying index has exposure to these securities, the ETF will likely have a proportionate level of exposure. As the Index removes delisted securities, Pacer ETFs will in turn follow the Index and remove the delisted securities from the ETF holdings.
